I had bet a fortune on Herrig. Sucks. I don't like Paige at all. Put her in there with Joanna already. Girl runs with his chin up and bounces up and down like a complete beginner. Couldn't do that with Joanna. Seems to rely heavily on her cardio and being able to go forward and push the pace with these little punches that could potentially knock out a fly - a weak and a small fly. Paige won this purely by being better conditioned for a 15 minute cardio workout.

It's funny because Paige doesn't look like a fighter at all. She looks like she should be on a Nickelodeon show or a Twilight movie. But she's very scrappy lol. A little bit too emotional though.

I wasn't completely sure who would win, but I knew PVZ wasn't getting dominated. Happy and a little surprised with how she completely dominated the fight.

Striking maybe but that grappling exchange was amazing. Sneaky back takes great judo both the throws, sweep, and her side control. Herrig survived by a an active half guard. Attempting 50/50 sweeps and a few inversions.That's quality tech.
Please tell us, why her grappling was bad. I'm sure you have a wealth of experience in technical grappling to show us your vast insight.

Except she was winning scrambles in the first round, so it wasn't just cardio.
And she threw lots of volume that wasn't strong, sure. But it put Herrig on the constant defensive. It was effective.
