  • 2 cups (500g) leftover roast beef, thinly sliced*
  • 1/2 cup homemade garlic aioli**
  • Butter lettuce or green leaf lettuce

Directions:

1. Thinly slice the roast beef.

2. Open the buns and cover both sides with aioli. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet.

3. Toast the buns, open faced in the oven on low broil setting for a minute or two.
