Hi,
I am using an iPhone XS Max with the latest iOS 16. I bought a pair f Jabra Elite Active 75t which i am able to pair with bluetooth just fine and take calls/listen to music but the Jabra Sound app does not detect the earbuds for me to make changes and personalize them. I am however able to do so on my alternate Android phone (use bt as well as personalise throught the app) so it doesn't seem to be an issue at Jabra's end but rather an iOS issue. I saw a similar question asked by someone else also. Is there a fix to this?

- Samsung Galaxy Buds Live Not working with Iphone SE 2nd GenHi,I am using Iphone SE 2nd Gen with my samsung Galaxy live Buds and facing issues with it. According to the galaxy buds app in my iphone i am connected however No music or sound being played in my earbuds but being played in the phone speaker instead when listening to any song. Also, i double checked and confirmed that my ear buds are working fine with my android phone. So no problem with the hardware. Can someone help here?Thanks 13721
