Tips on How to Make the Most Delicious Pear Tart
- Save time by making the cashew coconut cream and pear tart crust ahead of time. Store them both in the refrigerator until you are ready to assemble your pear tarts.

No Bake Pear Tart Recipe with Chai Spices and Coconut Cashew Cream

Servings: 8 servings
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup raw cashew nuts
- 1/4 cup canned coconut milk
- 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1 cup raw walnuts
- 1 cup raw pecans
- 4 tablespoons pure maple syrup, or to taste
- 3 teaspoons chai spices {recipe above}
- 2 teaspoons virgin coconut oil
- Pinch of sea salt
- 3 ripe pears, sliced
- Extra chai spices for garnish
Instructions
Combine cashew nuts, coconut milk, and maple syrup in a high speed blender, and blend until smooth, scraping sides of blender as needed.This may take several minutes to achieve the consistency you want.
While the cashew cream is blending, combine all the spices in a small bowl and set aside.
Next, prepare the tart crust by combining the walnuts, pecans, 4 tablespoons {or to taste} of maple syrup, coconut oil, 3 teaspoons chai spice mixture, and pinch of salt in a food processor.
Pulse mixture to combine all ingredients until nuts are very finely chopped, and mixture sticks together.Divide tart mixture in to 4 equal servings, and press in to 4 5-inch diameter tart pans.
To assemble the pear tarts: Divide cashew cream in to four servings and spread a thin layer on top of each tart crust. Divide sliced pears in to four servings and layer on top of tarts. Sprinkle remaining chai spice mixture on top of tarts to garnish. Serve immediately, or chill before serving.
